# PHCP — Preserving Human Civilization Program

> PHCP, the Preserving Human Civilization Program, uses technology to preserve what human civilization has made: knowledge, social institutions and everything else worth keeping. Three projects have started: the Toolmaker Agent workbench, the ZhiShi knowledge platform and the MEL Fund institution simulation.

PHCP is run by PHCP Technologies. This site is a single page that presents the program and its projects; each project has its own site. Every page is also saved as static HTML. The Chinese (简体中文) text is the original; the English page is a translation. For Chinese, replace `/en` with `/zh` in any URL.
